Roof Replacement Steps
- When you call Wilmington Roofing, you can expect a prompt and courteous response to schedule an appointment for a roof quote
- We will meet with you on site to discuss your needs and issues
- We will prepare a detailed estimate and present you with a written cost proposal that clearly outlines the scope of work
- While measuring your roof, we will inspect the existing ventilation system and make any necessary recommendations
- Once you have selected your roof design, we confirm your material and color selections and schedule the work
- Two days prior to the scheduled installation, we will contact you to confirm and let you know when you can expect material delivery and installation crews to arrive
- Prior to work beginning, we will protect all shrubs and landscaping
- All shingle debris and nails will be removed from gutters
- Upon completion of the work, tarps and temporary protection will be removed and all debris will be hauled offsite
- Your yard will be swept with a magnet sweeper to catch any stray nails
- The owner will personally walk the installation to insure everything has been installed to your satisfaction prior to final billing
